If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we can advise if it will arrive in time. However, as our items are largely printed-on-demand from our fulfillment partner, we often can’t put a rush on items.


Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.


Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout . Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and weather conditions.


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment online.


Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Customer is responsible for entering in the correct mailing address at checkout. If you made a mistake, please contact us ASAP and if your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your shipping. Otherwise, your order will go out as it was entered by you.

If you have a problem with your order, please send us an email with your order number and details of your issue so we can help to resolve it.

Maya Azteca Inca s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and they will not be refunded or exchanged. Please contact your local post office or international carrier if this happens and coordinate with them on next steps.. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control and we can only go by what the tracking information says.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately, provide your order number and we will instruct you on how to move forward in ensuring that you receive the correct product.
